sometimes i am shocked at the time it takes for needed change. still seems strange that folks are rallying against gays.
work was extremely difficult today. i did get to cook a few pies but mostly i just used my brain until it hurt. i am constantly amazed at how much i have to do that is critical to running a restaurant that has nothing to do with actually serving or cooking food. those are the best parts, the serving and cooking.
