kava kava
tonight was crazy as the party of 20 turned into a party of 35 and on the fly i just started taking orders in the parking lot so they all weren’t piled at the register trying to order and then i raced to the kitchen and we slammed it all out and sent it back to the lounge and it was just brilliant how it all went down. was that a run-on sentence?
my nerves are haywire and i’ve been so anxious i can’t sleep right. i searched some ideas online and ended up with a kava kava tincture. seems to be helping some so far. i have too many things firing in my brain and while i often live like that, lately it went over the top, through the roof, out the envelope….

Hey. I was among the rapidly expanding group that dropped in the other night. I just wanted to say that you really did an awesome job taking care of us, and I’m sure it wasn’t easy. That was pretty much one of the most amazing things I’ve seen. Whether or not it’s apparent on a day to day basis, you guys are doing a great job and make Gainesville a better place to be.

thanks so much. it was weird how smooth it seemed to go for your party. it was an amazing group of people though, everyone was so friendly and easy going. i think that is why things turned out so good. thanks for being flexible and cool.

It’s my professional duty to caution you that Kava Kava has been associated with liver damage. So enjoy, but enjoy cautiously. http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm5147a1.htm

No doubt “placebo” is the active ingredient, but my wife swears by a few drops of Rescue Remedy. For me what helps is a dull book and a white noise machine my dad picked up at a yard sale. Enjoy your vacation, sounds like you’re ready.
